our partners, we ensure that we only use products that are manufactured under fair and sustainable
conditions.

Our values:

1. Responsibility:

human rights violations and environmental damage.

2. Transparency:
We promote openness and transparency in all our business relationships and regularly share
information about our progress and challenges.

3. Respect:

fair wages.

4. Sustainability:

our ecological footprint.

Our commitments:

1. Employment relationship:
We hire our employees on the basis of documented employment relationships in
accordance with the law.

2. Working hours:
We are committed to complying with the statutory working time regulations, including overtime, breaks, rest and vacation times, as well as paid sick days and parental leave. Overtime is
worked voluntarily by employees and is regulated by the employment contract or a
company agreement.

3. Remuneration:
We respect employees' right to fair remuneration. Remuneration is paid in accordance with local laws, including laws on minimum wages, overtime and statutory social benefits. In addition, wages must reflect the qualifications and educational level of employees. Furthermore, remuneration is based on regular working hours. 4. Occupational health and safety We ensure a healthy and safe working environment by assessing risks and taking all necessary measures to eliminate or reduce these risks. National occupational health and safety regulations or, where national legislation is inadequate or poorly implemented, international standards are observed. We take effective measures to prevent potential accidents, injuries and illnesses among employees that occur during or are related to their work. We identify, monitor and control contact with, for example, biological, chemical, physical or ergonomic risks in order to prevent overexposure to working materials. If the dangers cannot be excluded by suitable control and countermeasures, adequate protective equipment is provided.

5. Prohibition of child labor
We do not employ employees under the legal minimum age. Business partners adhere to this principle if they do not directly or indirectly employ children under the legal minimum age, which must not be less than 15 years; unless the exceptions recognized by the ILO apply.

6. Protection of minors
We are committed to complying with the national youth labor protection law and international standards, such as the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, if we employ underage employees. Minors are not allowed to work at night. In addition, they must not be exposed to dangerous, unsafe or unhealthy conditions that endanger their health and development.

7. Free choice of employment
We do not tolerate any form of servitude, forced or compulsory labor,
serfdom, human trafficking or involuntary labor, in particular physical, psychological or
financial labor, neither in our company nor with suppliers or other business partners.

8. No discrimination
We offer equal opportunities and prohibit any form of discrimination against employees.
In particular, no one is discriminated against, excluded or given preferential treatment on the basis of ethnic origin or affiliation, religion,
skin color, age, gender, disability, nationality, sexual orientation,
union membership, political views or marital status. This applies in particular to the recruitment of employees, further training,
promotions and remuneration.

9. Regulated emergency preparedness
We are committed to providing emergency care, which includes an emergency reporting system,
training for employees, adequate facilities for reporting and extinguishing fires
and suitable evacuation regulations.

10. Employee information on health and safety
We enable employees to take part in training on health and safety topics. In addition, information related to health and safety issues is communicated to all employees.

11. Conservation of resources, environmental and climate protection
We are always aware of our responsibility towards the environment and aim to protect the environment in the long term and thus preserve it for future generations. We aim to reduce the environmental impact of our business activities as far as possible. Local and international environmental standards and laws are recognized and complied with. This includes the avoidance or continuous reduction of harmful environmental impacts through the consumption of resources (including water and energy), the emissions of greenhouse gases and air pollutants, and the release of pollutants into soil and water. We ensure that all required environmental permits and approvals are available in their current version and are followed in order to ensure that we act in accordance with the law at all times.

12. Animal welfare
We ensure that the national laws on animal protection and animal welfare are fully complied with.

13. Ethical behavior
We comply with national and international laws and behave ethically. Ethical
correct behavior corresponds to the general principles and decent behavior. We do not tolerate any form of corruption, extortion, embezzlement or bribery. This includes any type of illegal, immoral and dishonest behavior. We also take strict care not to become involved in money laundering.

14. Due diligence:
We regularly carry out risk analyses to identify and assess potential negative impacts on human rights
and the environment in our supply chain. We investigate complaints about
abuses and violations of our corporate philosophy impartially. Such
reports can be sent anonymously by letter to our postal address. In the event of actual
violations, we undertake to take immediate action.

15. Prevention and remediation:
We take measures to prevent and remediate human rights violations and
environmental damage in our supply chain and work closely with our partners to achieve
improvements.

16. Training and awareness:
We offer training and information campaigns for our employees and
business partners where necessary to raise awareness of the requirements of the Supply Chain Act and the
importance of respecting human rights and environmental protection.

Closing words:

Our commitment to human rights and sustainability is deeply rooted in our corporate culture. We firmly believe that acting responsibly is not only right, but also
leads to long-term success and trust from our customers, partners and society.
